Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy

At Madison Avenue Face & Body, we value your time and our providers’ time. The following policies help us maintain a high-quality and efficient experience for all patients.

1. Treatment Result Refunds

Medical and aesthetic treatments produce different outcomes for each individual. Results vary, and no specific results can be guaranteed.
Because treatment outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control, refunds are not provided for treatment results, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or complications that may occur despite appropriate care.

Any additional treatment needed to address an undesired outcome may incur additional charges.

2. Product, Service, and Package Returns

Skincare Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, skincare products cannot be returned once opened, even if unused.

Service Packages and Prepaid Treatments

All service sales are final. However:

If you are unable to use a purchased service due to a medically verified condition, you may apply any remaining balance toward other available services of equal value.

A refund will only be considered when:

  • The request is supported by a written note from a practicing physician,

  • The condition prevents use of the service within 6 months of purchase, and

  • The refund amount will be prorated, based on the number of sessions already used.

3. No-Show, Late, and Same-Day Cancellation Policy

To ensure availability for all patients and respect our providers’ time:

No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations

A $100 fee per scheduled hour will be charged for:

  • Appointments not attended (“no-shows”)

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time

If a medical emergency occurs, a doctor’s or hospital note is required for the fee to be waived.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time and the visit cannot be completed without affecting the next patient:

  • The appointment will be cancelled, and

  • A $100 late-cancellation fee will be applied

Traffic, transit delays, and personal conflicts are not considered exceptions.

4. Outstanding Fees

Any no-show, late-cancellation, or same-day cancellation fees must be paid in full before additional appointments or treatments can be scheduled.
